  • 4 peppers (red, yellow or green)
  • 2 pkg. frozen Stouffers spinach souffle, thawed
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.

    Remove insides and fill with souffle.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in buttered casserole for 30 minutes.
