- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 jar Healthy Choice pasta sauce (chunky Italian style vegetables)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- Parmesan cheese
- low-fat Ricotta cheese (small size)
- shredded Mozzarella cheese (low moisture part skim)
- 1 egg white
- cayenne pepper
- cooking spray
Directions

1Brown ground turkey.

2Add garlic and basil; stir.

3Add pasta sauce; stir well.

4In a separate bowl, combine the egg white, spinach, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

5Mix ingredients.

6Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

7Spread small portion of meat mixture in the bottom of the dish, then layer noodles, spinach mixture and Mozzarella cheese.

8Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Cover with foil and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
