- 1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
- dried oregano
- dried basil
- 2 ciabatta rolls, split
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 cup pizza sauce or 14 cup marinara sauce
- 12 cup baby spinach leaves
- 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the ricotta, Parmesan, a generous pinch of oregano and basil.

2Place rolls, cut side down, on a work surface and brush the crusts with oil.
