- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- lasagne noodles
Directions

1Mix cottage cheese, spinach, egg, salt, oregano, basil, pepper, parsley and 2 cups cheese in mixing bowl.

2In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread just enough sauce to cover bottom of pan.

3Place noodles in bottom (uncooked).

4Cover with 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture and some spaghetti sauce.

5Place more noodles on top of that and repeat process.

6Place last noodles on top and cover with remaining spaghetti and cheese.

7Pour 1/2 cup water into pan, cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve.
