- 2 pkg. frozen (chopped) spinach, cooked and drained
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion (fine)
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquor (from spinach)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain.

2Reserve liquor.

3Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth (but not brown).

4Add liquids, slowly, constantly stirring.

5Cook until smooth and thick.

6Add seasonings and cheese.

7Stir until all melted.

8Combine spinach.

9This can be frozen and heated slowly before needed.
