- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. reserved liquid
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- crackers, crushed or bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain and reserve liquid.

3Melt butter and add flour; cook until smooth, then add onion.

4Cook until tender, but not brown.

5Add 1/2 cup reserved liquid.

6Stir constantly until smooth and thick.

7Stir in cheese until it melts.

8Mix with spinach.

9Pour into a 9 x 9-inch uncovered, ungreased dish.

10Cover with crushed crackers or bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
