- 9 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons marsala wine or 4 tablespoons sherry wine
- 3 tablespoons garlic herb salad dressing
Directions

1Wash the spinach and let it drip dry in a colander - do not spin dry.

2Lightly spray a skillet or wok with Pam (you may use a tbsp of butter if you wish).

3Saute the mushrooms until lightly browned.

4Add spinach, marsala & dressing.

5Quickly flip the spinach and mix together all the ingredients.

6Cover with lid allow to steam for 3-5 minutes or until just wilted & hot.
