  • 1/2 c. spinach puree (1/2 pkg. frozen spinach)
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. water as necessary
