- 250 g spaghetti
- 150 g spinach
- 14 nutmeg (to taste)
- 25 g butter
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Boil Pasta in a large pot with a bay leaf and couple of drops of olive oil.

2Once boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente.

3Boil in a separate pot the spinach with salt.

4Boil about 7 minute Please use fresh spinach or frozen, but NOT CANNED.

5In a fry pan add butter and the spinach that has previously been cooked and patted dry.

6Add the pasta to the fry pan and the nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

7Toss in Parmesan and add a bit more if you like.
