  • 6 fish fillets
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. melted cheese

Directions

    Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings.

    Stir well.

    Dip fish fillets in butter and roll in bread crumbs mixture.

    Arrange in greased baking dish and bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.

    Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
