  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain.

    Add cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings. Spoon into 8-inch pie pan.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter.

    Bake in preheated oven at 325°
