  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Combine spinach, cheese, onion soup, sour cream and egg.
