- 1 pkg. (8) crescent roll dough
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
Directions

1Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with 1/2 of the dough (4 rolls). Thaw and drain spinach.

2Mix egg, garlic and spinach and layer on top of dough in pan.

3Cover mixture with a layer of the cheese and another layer of the remaining dough.

4Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour, until cheese is melted and dough is golden brown.

5Let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into small squares.

6Can be frozen.
