- deep 9-inch pie shell
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Accent salt
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain well the spinach per package directions; set aside.

2Beat eggs until foamy.

3Add Accent and milk; blend.

4Add other ingredients and put in pie shell.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden and firm.
