  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • deep 9-inch pie shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. Accent salt
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain well the spinach per package directions; set aside.

    Beat eggs until foamy.

    Add Accent and milk; blend.

    Add other ingredients and put in pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden and firm.
