  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. canned milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • deep dish pie crust, baked

Directions

    Layer 1/2 spinach, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onion and repeat.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spinach.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce to 325° for 20 to 25 minutes longer.

    Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and nutmeg.
