  • 1 bag fresh spinach, cooked and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 block Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix spinach and celery with eggs, milk and Feta cheese.

    Put in pie crust.

    Slice tomatoes; cut in half and place on uncooked quiche.
