- 3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 4 pkg. Stouffer's frozen Welsh rarebit
- 2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cans water chestnuts, thinly sliced
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Partially cook spinach and drain.

2Thaw rarebit on top of double boiler.

3Place

41/3 rarebit in bottom of casserole.

5Add spinach, bacon and water chestnuts.

6Top with remaining rarebit. Sprinkle with French fried onions.

7Bake at 325° for 20 minutes in rectangular casserole.

8Serves 8 generously.
