- 1 lb. bread dough (fresh or frozen)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, remove stems and tear into small pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1Roll out dough in a large circle.

2Place spinach over dough. Sprinkle both cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper over spinach. Drizzle oil over spinach.

3Roll like a jelly roll.

4Fold ends under.

5Brush dough with beaten egg.

6Place on a greased cookie sheet.

7Bake in 400° oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

8Filling can also be sliced pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese.
