- 1 pkg. Knorr spinach soup/dip
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped, seeded cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dill (optional)
- brown or white bread
Directions

1Remove crusts from bread; cut in rounds (4 per slice).

2Blend spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise.

3Stir in cucumbers, lemon juice and dill.

4Chill for 2 hours, covered.

5Spread spinach mixture on bread round and top with a light shake of paprika. Serve with tea or as a cocktail hors d'oeuvre.

6Makes 3 1/2 cups.
