- lettuce
- fresh spinach
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 small box uncooked frozen peas
- 5 or 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Directions

1Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Shred lettuce over bottom; chop spinach over top of lettuce.

3Next, add chopped green onions, peas, eggs and bacon.

4Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing.

5Spread over the top of pan.

6Make 24 hours in advance of serving.
