- 1 1/2 heads lettuce or spinach
- 1 small pkg. Chinese noodles
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Brown the sesame seed

2and almonds in the oven at 350°.

3(Watch closely as they brown easily.)

4Chop the lettuce and green onions together.

5Shake the poppy seed, salad oil, sugar, pepper, salt and vinegar in a jar.

6Toss with the greens.

7Garnish with the sesame seed and almonds.
