- 1/2 lb. spinach leaves, washed
- 3 c. mushroom stems and pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Dijonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
Directions

1Remove and discard stems from spinach. Tear into bite size pieces.

2Place in salad bowl. Add mushrooms and refrigerate.

3When ready to serve, add Dijonnaise, lemon juice and bacon bits.

4Toss thoroughly.
