Spinach Salad

  • 1/2 lb. spinach leaves, washed
  • 3 c. mushroom stems and pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits

Directions

    Remove and discard stems from spinach. Tear into bite size pieces.

    Place in salad bowl. Add mushrooms and refrigerate.

    When ready to serve, add Dijonnaise, lemon juice and bacon bits.

    Toss thoroughly.

    Makes 4 servings.
