  • 2 c. hot water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch spinach, chopped
  • 2/3 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. radishes, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese

    Dissolve jello in hot water.
