Spinach Salad

  • 6 cloves garlic, quartered
  • 3/4 c. French or Thousand Island dressing
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 slices bacon, fried
  • 1 pkg. spinach (fresh), well washed

Directions

    Add garlic to dressing.

    Refrigerate.

    Chop hard-boiled eggs, crumble cooked bacon and sprinkle over spinach.

    Remove garlic from dressing and pour over spinach. Toss well. Serve at once. Also good with crabmeat added.
