  • 4 well beaten eggs
  • 2 T. soft butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese mixture.
  • 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained.
  • salt
  • pepper
  • seasoned salt
  • garlic powder

Directions

    Cream butter & cream cheese; mix in eggs. Add cheeses & spinach. Place into sprayed 8 x 8 in. pan, sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
