  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze to drain liquid
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
