  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked as directed)
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine (cubed)
  • 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • Salt

Directions

    Drain spinach.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 13x9-inch greased pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
