  • 1 large carton (small curd, low-fat) cottage cheese
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 5 to 8 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 16 oz. Old English cheese (Kraft brand, comes sliced, buy two 8 oz. pkg.), shredded

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Butter (or use Pam) a long Pyrex dish.

    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
