  • 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 c. half and half or whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • nutmeg
