- 5 green peppers
- dash of vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- a few good shakes pepper (black)
- 8 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked rice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- shake of dry mustard
Directions

1Brown meat in oil in frying pan.

2Add chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and stir-fry for another 5 minutes or so.

3Mix in 3/4 can of tomato sauce, reserving 1/4 can for topping.

4Add enough water to keep from sticking.

5Cover and cook over low heat 1/2 hour, stirring frequently.
