- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can diced Ortega chili
- 2 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. onion soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Boil chicken until done.

2Drain and layer cut-up chicken in bottom of baking dish.

3In saucepan melt butter and add flour and salt until bubbly.

4Then add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and chilies until thickened.

5Remove from heat and add room temperature sour cream.

6Pour warm sauce over chicken and top with shredded cheese.

7Place in oven at 350° and cook for 45 minutes.
