- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- sour cream
- croutons
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain.

2Cook onion in butter; stir in flour and bouillon.

3Blend in milk gradually; stir until thick and boiling. Add spinach and salt and pepper to taste; top with sour cream and croutons if desired.

4Serve hot or cold.
