- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 24 jumbo shells
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place a large saucepan over medium heat.

2Spray with cooking spray and saute onion until tender.

3Add tomatoes and next 6 ingredients and stir well.

4Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Cook the shells and drain.
