- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo stuffing shells (uncooked)
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. fresh spinach, blanched and drained
- 1 (26 oz.) jar Classico Di Parma four cheese pasta sauce
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Prepare stuffing shells according to package directions; drain.

2Whip together Ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir in spinach.

3Fill shells equally with cheese mixture.

4Pour half of the pasta sauce in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

5Arrange shells on sauce.

6Pour remaining sauce over shells.

7Cover; bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.

8Uncover and top with Mozzarella.

9Cover; return to oven 5 minutes.
