Spinach Stuffed Shells

- 1 pkg. large shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large pkg. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 bottles spaghetti sauce
- 1 fresh tomato
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- seasonings
Directions

1Boil shells the night before; wash, drain and chill 24 hours. Brown ground beef.

2Mix ground beef, spinach, Ricotta, egg, chopped green onions and seasonings in large bowl.

3In a large buttered pan, place stuffed shells with mix.

4On top, put 1st layer of sauce, then add chopped tomatoes, then a 2nd layer of sauce.

5Add Mozzarella cheese on top and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain excess water.

6Cook in oven at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
