Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo macaroni shells
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. creamed spinach, frozen in cook in pouches
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. ground beef (optional)
- 1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce
Directions

1Cook shells as package directions, al dente.

2Cook spinach according to package directions; empty into a large bowl.

3Mix cheeses into hot spinach and let cool slightly.

4Add salt and pepper to mixture.

5When shells are cooked, drain and rinse.

6Brown beef, then add sauce and heat until warm.

7Stuff shells with cheese mixture and put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

8Cover with meat sauce.

9Cover and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes until bubbly. Can be frozen.

10Serves 8 to 10.
