Spinach-Stuffed Steaks

- 10 oz. pkg. frozen or fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 2 steaks (I use ribeye)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1If using fresh spinach, cook 15 to 20 minutes in one cup water until tender.

2Drain water off.

3Mix together first four ingredients.

4Set aside.

5Split each steak from outer edge toward bone, making a pocket.

6Divide spinach mixture; fill each steak. Melt butter in skillet.

7Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until desired doneness.
