- 1 (No. 2) can or 2 1/2 c. cooked spinach
- 1/4 c. melted butter or salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- few grains pepper
- few grains nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Drain spinach; chop.

2Add butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg and horseradish.

3Beat eggs; add milk.

4Combine with spinach mixture. Pack in greased timbale molds, custard cups or muffin tins. Place in pan of hot water.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.

6Serves 4.
