- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 cup spinach, washed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup panir (cottage cheese)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon oil
- lemon juice
- salt
Directions

1Heat oil in a pan.

2Add the finely chopped onion and ginger-chilli paste. Saute till light brown.

3Add the chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix well.

4Add the finely chopped spinach and crumbled paneer.

5Cook on high flame, till the water dries out.

6Add lemon juice.

7Spread the mixture on the whole-wheat bread slices and grill or toast them.

8Serve warm.
