  • 4 bunches Spinach
  • 1/2 can Canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  • 2 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Cook the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute.

    Chill in cold water and drain.

    Cut into 3 cm lengths.

    Drain oil from the tuna can.

    Mix mentsuyu and sugar with step 1, and it's done.
