  • 2/3 cups Low-fat Buttermilk

  • 1/4 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Cooked Spinach Or 1 Cup Raw Spinach
  • 15 ounces, weight White Beans, Rinsed And Well Drained
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Low Fat Milk
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese Of Your Choice (I Used White Cheddar)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
