Spinach Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 c. packaged stuffing mix (I use Stove Top)
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bacon strips, cut in half

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except bacon), mixing well.

    Roll into balls the size of walnuts, or a little larger.

    Wrap each ball with 1/2 strip of bacon.

    Freeze.
