  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti pasta
  • 1 large (30 oz.) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Prepare ziti according to directions on package; drain well.

    Combine ziti, pasta sauce, Ricotta cheese and 3/4 of Mozzarella cheese.

    Mix well.

    Add spinach, mushrooms and black pepper; mix well.

    Put mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and smooth top with a spoon.

    Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.

    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, for about 10 more minutes.
