- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Combine cheese, corn, celery, onion and cracker crumbs; stir in the eggs, milk and butter.

2Mix well.

3Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
