  • 2 14 lbs fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 116 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

    Thoroughly clean spinach.

    Add to pan with a small amount of salted water to boil.

    Drain when ready (2-3 minutes).

    Heat olive oil in saucepan.

    Chop or slice garlic & add to saucepan with heated oil (be careful not to burn).

    Add spinach.

    Cook for ~10 minutes.
