  • 10 tea bags
  • 1 gal. apple juice or cider
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 12 whole allspice
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, broken
  • 26 oz. Burgundy wine
  • apple slices (for garnish)
