  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, separated and at room temperature

    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

    Add beaten egg yolks and mix thoroughly.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
