- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- chopped onion
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
- chopped green pepper
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Set aside.

3Brown hamburger.

4Add chili powder, onion, green pepper and 1 can tomato sauce.

5Mix rice and hamburger together.

6Sprinkle on cheese and 1 can of tomato sauce on top.

7Warm in oven until cheese is melted.
