- 4 c. self-rising flour (not sifted)
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast and sugar.

2Add egg, water and oil.

3Beat well.

4Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill half full.

5Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

6Mix will keep in refrigerator up to 3 weeks in airtight container.
