- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in warm water.

2Cream sugar with melted margarine and add beaten egg.

3Add yeast, flour and mix well.

4Drop into well-greased muffin pans. Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes. Dough may be keep in refrigerator until used.

5Makes 2 dozen.
